Commission Regulation (EC) No. 316/2003 concerning the permanent authorization of an additive in feedingstuffs and the provisional authorization of a new use of an additive already authorized in feedingstuffs.

The preparation belonging to the group “Microorganisms” as set out in Annex I to this Regulation may be used as additive in animal nutrition in compliance with the conditions prescribed by the same Annex. Annex II, on the other hand, authorizes provisionally the use of the preparation belonging to the “Enzymes” group as additive in animal feedingstuffs and establishes related conditions for use.
