Section 23 is amended by substituting for the word “Development” the word “Consolidated” and in section 26 the word “1962”for the word “following”. Section 23 concerns investment by the Republic of Ghana in the funds of the development of the Volta river. Section 26 concerns accounts and audits of the Authority.
