Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The Decree provides for the definition and recognition of the functions, tasks, powers and responsibilities of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development. The Ministry shall operate with plans and interventions aimed to support and enhance the agricultural, forest, salt production sectors.
