Constitutional Powers (Coastal Waters) Act 1980.

This Act requests the Parliament of the Commonwealth to enact an Act to extend the legislative powers the States on coastal waters. The Act is completed by one schedule that contains the text of the proposed Act to extend the legislative powers of the State in and in relation to coastal waters.
