Ministerial Decree including the active substances molinate, thiram and ziram in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 17 March 1995, in implementation of Commission Directive 2003/81/EC of 5 September 2003.

The substances molinate, thiram and ziram shall be included as active substances, until 31 July 2014, in the list laid down in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995. The chemical definition and the conditions prescribed in the Annex attached to this Decree shall be fulfilled.
