The Regulations are amended by modifying various competent authorities. “Governor” shall be “Province Authority”, “Governor or Commissioner, Port Sudan or District Commissioner Wadi Hafa” shall be “Local Government Council” and “District Commissioner” shall be “Local Government Council”.
