This Act concerns the operation of the Prince Edward Island Dairy Producers’ Association. The objects of the Association, stated in section 2, include the promotion and protection of the interest of all dairy producers in Prince Edward Island, representing and acting as a spokesman for all dairy producers in Prince Edward Island in matters dealing with the dairy industry and making available to producers information and other materials concerning the production, quality control and marketing of milk and cream and other related activities. Section 3 designates the five districts of dairy producers’ clubs in Prince Edward Island and the following sections regulated their organization and operation.
