These Regulations contain rules relative to lodging of cases before and proceedings of the Land Arbitration Tribunal established under the Government Lands Act. Matters regulated include form and time for lodging an objection or dispute, a statement of facts, notice of place of hearing, procedures of hearings of objections, powers of the Tribunal, filing of awards, etc.
