Any person who holds an establishment engaged in the disposal of waste shall not accept waste from other regions or countries, without any prejudice to the special exemptions that may be authorized by the regional authority. The administrative sanction set out in article 5 shall be applied in case of contravention. In addition, the authorization for operating the installation shall be revoked (art. 7).
