Commission Regulation (EC) No. 834/2004 amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein.

The Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 338/97, listing the species mentioned in the Appendixes to the Convention International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, is amended in accordance with the Annex attached to the present Regulation.
