Commission Directive 94/54/EC concerning the compulsory indication on the labelling of certain foodstuffs of particulars other than those provided for in Council Directive 79/112/EEC.
Without any prejudice to the provisions of article 3 of Directive 79/112/EEC, the labelling of the foodstuffs listed in the Annex to the present Directive shall include additional particulars as set out in the same Annex.
