Decree of 7 April 2000 on setting up the maximum acceptable values of polluting substances emitted to the air.

This Decree implements the Act on Air Protection against Polluting Substances by setting up the maximum acceptable values of polluting substances, in particular of sulphur oxides expressed as sulphur dioxide that are allowed to be emitted from large polluting sources. Emission quotas are set in the annex.
