Ministerial Decree laying down implementing provisions to the marketing standards for olive oil established by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1019/2002 of 13 June 2002.
This Decree designates the Ministry of Agricultural and Forestry Policies to be the competent authority to carry out the controls envisaged by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1019/2002 relating to marketing standards for olive oil.
