This Act concerns the impounding of cattle. It provides for the appointment of inspectors and pound keepers (sect. 4), the establishment of pounds (sect. 4), the management of pounds (sect. 6), the treatment of diseased animals (sects. 7-8), the pound book (sect. 11), the transport to pound (sect. 14), and for other matters related to the impounding of cattle.
