Commission Directive 2004/32/EC amending Directive 2001/32/EC as regards certain protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.

The Annex to Directive 2001/32/EC, laying down the list of zones in the Community which are recognized as “protected zones” in respect of particular harmful organisms, is amended in accordance with the Annex attached to the present Directive.
