Ministerial Decree including the active substance quinoxyfen in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 17 March 1995, by way of implementation of Commission Directive 2004/60/EC of 23 April 2004.

The active substance quinoxyfen shall be included, until 31 August 2014, in the list laid down in Annex I to Legislative Decree No. 194 of 1995. The Annex attached to this Decree sets out the chemical definition and the characteristics of the active substance aforementioned.
