Vice-premier, for the purpose of ensuring participation of the Russian Federation in International Hydrological Program of UNESCO, decrees to set up International Hydrological Program of UNESCO that is entitled with the task of coordination of the participation of the ministries, departments, organizations and institutions in International Hydrological Program of UNESCO.
