Decision No. 60/2004/QD-BCN approving the Scheme on " Development of the chemical industry till 2010 in service of agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization".

The Decision provides for the development of the chemical industries and research in order to provide its production as fertilizers, nutrients and assorted products in Vietnam, in order to improve the agricultural and rural sector.
