Decree implementing Directives 2003/113/EC, 2003/118/EC and 2004/2/EC and updating Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000 fixing maximum levels for active substances of phitosanitary products on foodstuffs.
This Decree fixes the maximum residue limits for active substances of phitosanitary products contained in the food products referred to in Annex 1, parts A, B, C, D and E to Ministerial Decree of 19 May 2000.
