These Regulations correct errors contained in the Air Quality Limit Values (Scotland) Regulations 2003. Regulation 2(2) is made in order to transpose accurately Part II of Annex I of Directive 2002/3/EC of the European Parliament and Council relating to ozone in ambient air. Regulation 2(3) is made in order to reflect accurately Part I of Schedule 4 of the Air Quality Limit Values (Scotland) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/2315) (as amended) which were consolidated in the Air Quality Limit Values (Scotland) Regulations 2003.
