This Regulation implements the Protected Natural Areas Act by presenting detailed provisions on emergency services in protected natural areas, specifying which activities are permitted and prohibited in different classes of protected natural areas, provides for the establishment of Local Advisory Committees and establishes the Scientific Advisory Council and the Provincial Advisory Council.
