Decree No. 20.172 instituting the managing plan for Tamoios Environmental Protection Area (APA).

This Decree, composed of 14 articles and one Annex, institutes the managing plan for Tamoios Environmental Protection Area (APA). The aim is do regulate the land occupation and of the activities damaging environment. The Decree indicates the areas eligible for the establishment of the APA and defines the general criteria for its land parcelling. The Annex provides a classification of the selected areas.
