The present Regulation lays down specific arrangements for checks and penalties in the wine sector. The Regulation is composed of the following Titles: (I) Checks by the Member States; (II) Community control structure; (III) Assistance between control bodies; (IV) Analytical databank; (V) Collection of samples for control purposes; (VI) General and final provisions.
