Decree No. 28/03 instituting the Inter-ministerial Commission for the Agreements on International Waters.

This Decree, composed of 6 articles, institutes the Inter-ministerial Commission for the International Waters’ Agreements, a coordinating and monitoring body for the implementation of hydrographical basin projects. The Decree rules on its composition and competences, to be undertaken under the supervision of the Ministry for Energy and Waters.
