Decree No. 19/2004 approving the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Contiguous Atlantic Area, (ACCOBAMS).

This Decree approves and introduces into the National legal order the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and Contiguous Atlantic Area, (ACCOBAMS), signed at Monaco on the 24th November 1996. The Decree provides, as annexes, the original English version of the Protocol and its Portuguese translation.
