This Decree, composed of 5 articles, extinguishes the Azores’ Insurance Agricultural Fund, established under Regional Legislative Decree No. 25/94/A, of 30 November 1994. The Decree stipulates that the exercise of the rights arising from the Fund will be transferred to the Regional Direction for Budget and Treasury.
