Commission Regulation (EC) No. 260/2005 amending Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards rapid tests.

Annex X to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001, which concerns reference laboratories, sampling and laboratory analysis methods, is amended in accordance with the Annex attached to the present Regulation. The amendments deal with the methods to be used as rapid tests for the monitoring of bovine spongiform encephalopathy in bovine animals.
