Directive 2005/16/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Directive 2000/29/EC, which lay down protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms which may be harmful to plants or plant products, are amended as set out in the Annex attached to the present Directive.
