Commission Decision 2005/174/EC establishing guidance notes supplementing part B of Annex II to Council Directive 90/219/EEC on the contained use of genetically modified micro-organisms.

The present Decision supplements part B of Annex II to Directive 90/219/EC by laying down guidance notes relating to the contained use of genetically modified microorganisms. The Appendix attached gives definitions of terms used in this Decision.
