Environmental impact assessment for certain works (application for environmental approval) Order of 2002. (P.I. 49/2002)

This Order concerns the submission process of applications in order to obtain environmental approval for the conduction of works which fall in the category of works included in Annex I or Annex II of the Law. The above-mentioned application will be submitted in form which the format of it is determined in the Annex of this Order.
