Decree No. 5.440 on water quality control and information for water supply systems.

This Decree, composed of 6 articles and one Annex, establishes the procedures on water quality control in water supply systems. Moreover, the Decree defines the procedures and instruments for providing information to consumers on the quality of water for human consumption purposes. The Annex provides the Technical Regulation on the mechanisms and instruments for providing information to consumers on water quality for human consumption.
