Commission Decision 2005/416/EC adopting Community import decisions for certain chemicals pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Decisions 2000/657/EC, 2001/852/EC and 2003/508/EC.

The present Decision has been adopted pursuant to article 12 (1) of Regulation (EC) No. 304/2003, which establishes that the Commission shall decide whether or not to permit the importation into the European Community of chemicals subject to the Prior Informed Consent (PIC) procedure.
