Regulation laying down conditions which have to be fulfilled by marine internal and coastal waters which are an environment for crustacean and mollusc living (Journal of Laws 2002, No. 176, Pos. 1454).

The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs and one Annex, specifies: conditions required of marine internal and coastal waters which are an environment for crustacean and mollusc living; frequency of water testing; procedure for verifying if the conditions are fulfilled.
