The present Law establishes a Water Resources Fund for the Region of Carinthia. The tasks of the Fund are to promote the establishment, enlargement, renewal and sanitation of public water supply services, effluent waste water disposal plants, effluent waste water and sludge treatment plants. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 7 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Principles of promotion (2); Organization of the Fund (3); Statute of the Fund (4); Rights of participation and control (5); European integration (6); Entry into force and transitional and final provisions (7).
