Agreement between on the principles of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Panama.

The Parties shall cooperate in the sphere of environmental protection and shall promote multilateral cooperation including by means of bilateral consultations. The Parties shall cooperate in particular in the field of conservation of highly migratory fishes (art. 11).
