Decree implementing Commission Directive 2004/44/EC amending Directive 2002/69/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of dioxins and the determination of dioxin-like PCBs in foodstuffs.

By way of implementation of Directive 2004/44/EC, this Decree supplements Decree of 23 July 2003 by inserting new provisions concerning the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of dioxins and the determination of dioxin-like PCBs in foodstuffs.
