Presidential Decree No. 291 on some issues regarding the sphere of competence of the state environmental institutions as regards the examination of administrative offences committed on the territory of protected areas and national parks.

The President, for the purpose of improvement of the examination of administrative offences committed on the territory of protected areas and national parks decrees that the state environmental institutions entitled with the task of the management of protected areas and national parks shall examine offences specified by the Code of Administrative Offences committed on the territory of protected areas and national parks that have been exposed by the personnel. The President decrees that the aforesaid offences can be examined only by the general director of protected areas and national parks and by his deputies.
