These Rules prescribe that irons and instruments for the branding of stock in accordance with provisions of the Branding of Stock Act shall only be procured through the Registrar of Brands and only persons specified in the Schedule to these Rules are authorized to manufacture branding irons and branding instruments for sale at the respective prices specified in the Schedule.
