The present Regulation establishes the concordance of export licences for fresh mushrooms and berries (bilberry and cranberry) between the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Trade. The exporter must submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection the following documentation: (a) application; (b) four copies of licence application; (c) authorization for the management of plant resources; (d) lease agreement for secondary forest management of forest plots; (e) certificate of the origin of produce.
