Decree-Law No. 181/2006 ruling on volatile organic compound (VOC) in certain products.

This Decree-Law defines the limits of volatile organic compound (VOC) in certain products (listed in Annex 1), with the aim of preventing or reducing air pollution caused by VOC emissions. Moreover, the Decree-Law regulates market placement of the afore said products and their labelling.
