This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the amount of seed material required to carry out tests of distinction and stability. Moreover, it establishes deadlines for transmitting such material to the Centre for Research of Cultivated Plant Varieties. The parameters are specified in the Annex, which classifies plants into the following categories: agricultural plants, vegetable plants, ornamental plants, trees and bushes, fruit-growing plants.
