Regulation amending the Regulation laying down rules to prevent the introduction and spread of quarantine organisms (Journal of Laws No. 138 of 2004, Pos. 1466).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, amends: the list of quarantine organisms which must not be introduced to protected zones and transferred within these zones if these organisms occur on specific plants, plant products or objects; special requirements to be included in certificates if plants, plant products or objects are introduced into the territory of the Republic of Poland from third countries.
