DENR Administrative Order 96-26 prescribing revised guidelines for governing the harvest and transport of planted trees and non-timber products within social forestry areas.

The purpose of this Administrative Order is to facilitate and regulate the harvest and transport of planted trees and non-timber products in duly established social forestry areas. Permits to cut, gather, transport, dispose and/or utilize said forest products shall be granted by the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO). The Order lays down procedures in applying for harvesting permits and conditions of the permit.
