Commission Directive 2006/127/EC amending Directive 2003/91/EC setting out implementing measures for the purposes of Article 7 of Council Directive 2002/55/EC as regards the characteristics to be covered as a minimum by the examination and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties of vegetable species.

This Directive replaces Annexes I and II to Directive 2003/91/EC, which lay down the list of species that shall comply with Community Plant Variety Office test protocols and International Union for Protection of New Varieties of Plants test guidelines.
