Forestry Sector Administrative Order No. 09 on regulating forest tree seed production, collection and disposition.

The purpose of this Administrative Order is to identify, establish, maintain and protect seed production areas. Areas available for seed production shall be: natural strands; government tree plantations; industrial tree plantations; and private forest tree plantations.
