This Chapter lays down rules for the collection and disposal of solid waste and prohibits the unlawful placement of special wastes in solid waste for collection and the dumping of solid waste. The Department of Public Works of the government shall have charge of and shall administer the collection and disposal of solid waste. The Director of Health shall establish and administer a comprehensive disposal facility site management plan for each disposal facility designated by the Director. The Chapter also provides for the removal of dead animals.
