Decree No. 41 of 2002 regulating the General Authority for Protection of Marine Wealth, Environment and Wildlife.

The aim of this Decree is to regulate the fishing, exploitation and protection of marine life, environment and wildlife. The present Decree is composed of 10 articles. Articles 1 and 2 specify the objectives and competencies of the Authority. Articles 3-9 deal with the management, composition, departments and internal organization of the Authority.
