These Regulations implement provisions of the Agricultural Credit Board Act with respect to agricultural loan societies. They concern: the functioning of agricultural loan societies; control by the Agricultural Credit Board of agricultural loan societies; record keeping by agricultural loan societies; and the granting of loans to agricultural loan societies by the Board
