This Plan, consisting of nine Parts and done under the Water Act 2000, defines the management plan for the Mary Basin rivers. The Plan is divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Plan area and water to which plan applies; Outcomes for sustainable management of water; Performance indicators and objectives; Strategies for achieving outcomes (surface water); Strategies for achieving outcomes (subartesian water); Strategies for achieving outcomes (general); Monitoring and reporting requirements and Implementing and amending this plan. The Plan is completed by twelve schedules: Plan areas; Cooloola Sandmass subartesian area; Subcatchment areas; Subcatchment areas names; Nodes; Environmental flow objectives; Water allocation security objectives; Volumes for simulated mean annual diversions; Rates and pump sizes; Water licences to take subartesian water; Priority areas and Dictionary.
