Sixth Ordinance amending the Ordinance on application procedures before the Federal Variety Office.

The present Ordinance amends the Ordinance of 28 September 2004 (BGBl. I p. 2552). In particular, it adds articles 1a on Admission of electronic applications; and article 1b dealing with electronic application procedures for obtaining protection of plant varieties. The text consists of 3 articles.
